All the Functionality of HelloSign, With Your Branding
You put a lot of time and energy into designing your company logo and choosing your company colors. We support that!
The new white labeling feature allows API users to customize the signing flow with their own unique branding, colors, and logo. This gives you the power to embed a signing flow that’s indistinguishable from the rest of your site.
We already offer basic branding to reduce the HelloSign logo on the signer page, but white labeling takes it a few (big) steps further.
With white labeling you can…
- Create a customized signer page that keeps your signers on your page and interacting with your branding exclusively.
- Choose the primary colors for the entire signer experience. This includes page header background, link color, primary button color, secondary button.
- Replace the HelloSign logo with your company logo.
Here’s a peek at what a traditional HelloSign signer page looks like compared to one that’s been white labeled with a new logo and unique coloring.

White labeling is available on a per app basis, allowing you to create a unique signer experience for each of your applications. API users on select Enterprise plans can enable white labeling by visiting the documentation.
