HelloSign for Oracle WebCenter Content makes it easier for you to send, track, and manage documents that require a signature. This means users can do away with their old ways of attaching pdfs or printing and scanning. Users of WCC can streamline their content management workflows, creating more accurate documents, improved tracking, better security, and faster turnaround times.
“We are thrilled to bring Oracle WebCenter Content users an intuitive and efficient way to execute their business agreements,” said Whitney Bouck, COO at HelloSign. “Our current HelloSign API customers have seen an increase in document turnaround of up to 79% and now WebCenter Content users will be able to experience this among many other benefits through our partnership with TEAM.”

How HelloSign for WCC Works
To initiate a signature, find the document you’d like to send and click on the “action” menu. Choose “Send for eSignature.” Now you’re ready to prepare your document for signature. You’ll be able to add fields for the signer to fill out like text, checkboxes, dates, and initials.
Tracking the status of the signature is also a breeze.. You can view the “Process State” of your document’s status at any time. When your document is signed by all the required parties, you’ll see the status change to “Completed”.You’ll get email notifications every time a signer opens and signs the document. You’ll always be on top of your outstanding documents.
