Bringing Seamless Paperwork Management to Recruiters

Recruiters can use the HelloSign integration to create online templates for standard recruiting documents, auto-populate templates with information about a candidate or placement, and easily send the document for signature – all from the JobAdder dashboard.

Recruiters have the power to gather signatures from up to 20 different people on the same document with HelloSign and once complete, a copy of the document is emailed to each person for records. Completed documents are also stored securely in the JobAdder dashboard for easy access.

How to Access the Integration

  1. First log in to JobAdder. Admin users can enable HelloSign via the Apps & Add Ons section of JobAdder Admin.
  2. Once HelloSign is enabled, get started by creating your first document template.
  3. Away you go! Start sending documents for signature from the Placement record in JobAdder.
