Day in and day out, all of our efforts come down to one single goal: making HelloSign electronic signature users (like you) awesome. So how exactly do we do that?

If you’ve interacted with us much, then you might already know the answer to this question. We have ongoing conversations with you to get your feedback about HelloSign – what you like, what you don’t like, what’s missing, and how we can build a better electronic signature experience for you overall.

Our team can’t always build everything you ask for at once, these things take time. But we record every single suggestion that comes to us, whether it’s a comment on this blog or our user feedback forum, an e-mail or ticket to our support team, a request that comes up when you’re speaking with our sales team, a post on our Facebook page or even a tweet.

When we start to see the same ideas pop up again and again on our feature request tracker, that particular feature moves up on our development team’s  “To-Do” list.

Building and improving HelloSign based on your input is how we strive to make you awesome: by giving you a tool to do exactly what it is you need to do, simply and quickly.

What’s New?

e signature service HelloSignOur latest release this week includes two very highly requested features: the ability to drag your uploaded documents to change the order of your files, and self-sign & download.

We’ve also listened to you about our Custom Fields feature. You were right; it was confusing. So we’ve redesigned and renamed this feature. We’re now calling it “Pre-Filled Text and Pre-Selected Checkboxes.”

Another seemingly small change that will save you serious time and effort is our auto alignment of our new components.

Components like our text box, signature box, date box and check box now look a little more pleasing to the eye, the menu is less busy (dare I say “sleeker!”) and you can auto align the boxes rather than tediously dragging each box to place it perfectly on the appropriate line.

Lastly, we’ve created a “Daily Summary” e-mail so that at the end of each business day you can see a quick list of what outstanding documents you have. That is, any document you’ve sent out that has yet to be signed. With one click, you can send the recipient a reminder to read and sign the document.
