When we started years ago, we invested in creating the absolute best user experience.  DocuSign has 1,000 employees, $230 million in funding to date and a $1.6 billion valuation. That means that a company with 30x our team size and 65x our funding chose to imitate our interface instead of creating their own.

Introducing Business Plans and Unified Teams

Hi all,

Since launching HelloSign, we’ve been blown away by your feedback and support.

We talked to hundreds of people about what they wanted from a premium product and worked hard to incorporate their feedback into this release.

Today, we’re excited to announce the next stage of HelloSign’s product growth: Business plans and Unified Teams.

With Unified Teams, we’re now the only company to create plans that enable free and premium users to collaborate as a team. Instead of introducing eSignatures to just part of your organization, you can introduce them to everyone and only pay for power users.

We’re also announcing Business plans, which include branding, unlimited signature requests, unlimited templates, and advanced admin features. Learn more about Business Plans and Unified Teams.

New-look HelloSign App makes mobile signing even easier

We’re excited to announce that a new update is available for the HelloSign iPhone/iPad app. We’ve updated the interface to be more visually appealing and have also improved instructions should you have any trouble importing or signing a document

There’s also some changes that might not be as readily apparent. We’re now able to support even those trickier PDFs that may have caused you trouble in the past. We’ve also improved the resolution on the scanner to make your documents look great.

If you’re a Google Drive user, you’ll also be pleased to know that the app is now integrated with Google Drive, enabling you to pull any PDF file from your drive account.

Introducing the HelloSign API: The hassle-free way to integrate eSignatures

If you’ve looked into eSignature APIs before you know that current solutions make it much harder than it needs to be. They push things on on you, like….

  • An expensive developer account.
  • An unnecessary “technology certification.”
  • A mandatory two-hour “integration call.”
