New-look HelloSign App makes mobile signing even easier

We’re excited to announce that a new update is available for the HelloSign iPhone/iPad app. We’ve updated the interface to be more visually appealing and have also improved instructions should you have any trouble importing or signing a document

There’s also some changes that might not be as readily apparent. We’re now able to support even those trickier PDFs that may have caused you trouble in the past. We’ve also improved the resolution on the scanner to make your documents look great.

If you’re a Google Drive user, you’ll also be pleased to know that the app is now integrated with Google Drive, enabling you to pull any PDF file from your drive account.

Introducing the HelloSign API: The hassle-free way to integrate eSignatures

If you’ve looked into eSignature APIs before you know that current solutions make it much harder than it needs to be. They push things on on you, like….

  • An expensive developer account.
  • An unnecessary “technology certification.”
  • A mandatory two-hour “integration call.”

Then after all that the damn thing doesn’t work as it’s supposed to.

Introducing a more integrated HelloFax and HelloSign experience

Starting today, you’re going to notice some changes to your HelloFax and HelloSign experience. These changes should make it even easier to use our dual services while highlighting  their integration.

The Top Bar

It is now quick and easy to toggle between faxing and signing documents. As we continue to add services that enable you to go paperless, expect the top navigation to enable you to easily find the solution you’re looking for.

Sign and Send from HelloFax 

In order to ease the confusion between services, if you choose to sign and send a document from HelloFax you will be redirected to HelloSign. You many still sign faxes, but for documents only being emailed, we’ll direct you to HelloSign

Your Documents

All your documents from HelloFax and HelloSign are still stored in the document tab on both sites. Moreover, your login for both accounts will be the same.
